Somehow the week came and went without me getting a chance to get caught up here on the blog – plus, it’s a short week for us here in Denmark. Today is “Constitution Day”, which commemorates the constitutional monarchy and current constitution (and it’s Father’s Day here too) so holidays times three. We’re actually taking off for Dublin for the weekend so we’ll be back on Tuesday with a little more on recent adventures in the woods!
